Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Ticket Purchases
By purchasing a ticket through Lanka Pass, you agree to the following terms. All ticket sales are processed securely via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details and unique QR code(s) immediately after purchase.
2. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds will be issued regardless of whether the ticket holder attends the event. This policy applies to all ticket types including general admission, VIP, and any other tier offered by the event organizer.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy.
3. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled to a new date, your ticket is automatically valid for the new date. No refund will be issued for rescheduled events.
4. Event Cancellation
If an event is permanently cancelled with no rescheduled date, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the event organizer. Lanka Pass will facilitate any approved refunds through the original payment method.
5. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are tied to the purchaser and are not transferable unless the event organizer explicitly permits transfers. Reselling tickets above face value is prohibited.
6. QR Code & Entry
Each ticket contains a unique, time-limited QR code that must be presented at the event entrance. Screenshots of QR codes will not work — you must open your ticket page live on your device. Once scanned, a ticket cannot be used again.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a validly purchased ticket constitutes a breach of these terms. Lanka Pass maintains detailed records of policy acceptance, ticket delivery, and event attendance (including scan timestamps) which will be submitted as evidence in response to any dispute.
8. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to process your ticket purchase and facilitate event entry.
